What is the required lead time for bookings?

We recommend enquiring at least 4–6 weeks in advance for large celebrations. For intimate dinners (under 20 guests), we can often accommodate requests with 2 weeks' notice, subject to kitchen availability and seasonal ingredient sourcing.

How does the bespoke menu process work?
